Sergeant Kim Newcombe's candid and at times, harrowing account of the pandemic, documents a different perspective to most due to her role as a Sergeant in the Metropolitan Police Force and as a member of the Pandemic Multi-Agency Response Team.  Kim also shares how she undertook new activities and learnt new skills to fend off feelings of loneliness and disposability.
